How Many Ways Can You Report on a Book?

Make a book jacket.

Write a poem.

Describe characters you like and tell why.

Make a poster and illustrate your main characters.
Make a diorama of a favorite scene in your book. Dramatize a favorite part of the story.
Make a flannel board presentation Write a book review and present it to the class.
Present a puppet show. Create an imaginary diary of a leading character?
Write a letter to a friend to convince them to read the book. Dress like a character in the story and tell about your character.
Create a travel brochure for a favorite place in the story. Create a movie roll of favorite scenes from the book.
Write a summary of the book and present it to the class.  Include all story elements. For an information book, create a poster that will teach us about your subject.
Make a colorful and informational timeline about a historical book. Create a commercial to "sell" your book to the class.
Present a demonstration for a "How to" book. Research the author of the book and report on them.
Create a 3-D model of a character or a scene in the book. Write a poem about one of the characters in your book.
Make a mobile related to the book, and share with the class. Create a collage to represent the book and share it with the class.
